- Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
- To receive full value, a return package must be shipped within 15 days of the original delivery date.
- All domestic returns are free.
- Fees apply for international returns
- Refunds will not be processed until the product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
- Refunds are available via store credit or returned to your original payment method.
- Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
- Monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return.
