Shipping Information
At Hill House Home, we take great care in preparing your order. All orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. This timeframe does not apply to express shipping methods.
We partner with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure your delivery arrives safely.

Address Note: If a # symbol is included in your shipping address, your order will ship via USPS, regardless of the option selected at checkout.

Standard Delivery — $5.00 or free for orders over $200. Delivered by USPS
East Coast: Up to 7 days
Central & West Coast: Up to 14 days
Islands: Up to 20 business days
APO/FPO: Up to 45 days

Ground Delivery — $10 typically shipped via FedEx Home Delivery
East Coast: Up to 5 days
Central & West Coast: Up to 10 days
Weekend deliveries available to most residential addresses

Express Shipping — $25 shipped via FedEx Two-Day
Orders placed before 10 AM EST (Mon–Fri) ship same business day
Orders placed after 10 AM EST ship the next business day
Monday–Friday delivery only (no weekends or holidays)

Monogrammed Orders
Personalized just for you!
Please allow up to 5 business days for monogramming.
Shipping time begins once customization is complete.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are charged at checkout.
Once the styles arrive at our warehouse, standard processing and shipping timelines apply.

Split Shipments & Back-Orders
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible:
Orders may ship in multiple packages
If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to remove or cancel that item.

Order Changes
We can update or remove items only if processing has not begun in our warehouse.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, so while it may not be possible to edit, cancel or change an address, we will do our best to help; please reach out to customercare@hillhousehome.com.
Once logged into your account, you can access your order history and tracking information. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to populate with tracking information.
Orders generally take 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible, as a result, some items may ship separately. If you wish to ship all your items at once, you can select “gift” at checkout. This will ensure that all items will ship together in the same parcel. All international orders will be shipped together.

Gift wrapping is available for an additional cost of $15.


Our shipping partners are FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

We offer free shipping for domestic orders of $200 or more, delivered by USPS.

For an extra $10, you can opt for FedEx Ground Shipping.

You can also choose FedEx 2-Day Shipping for an additional fee of $25.

International shipping is available at a flat rate that covers shipping and duty fees, with no extra charges after checkout:
- Canada: $50 CAD
- Rest of World: $50 USD

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

We want every Hill House Home piece to feel just right. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery (or in-store purchase). To start, visit returns.hillhousehome.com to generate a prepaid return label. For added convenience, selecting Checkout+ at $2.79 during purchase allows you to return your order at no extra charge. Without Checkout+, a $12 handling fee applies.

Items should be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and liners intact (if applicable). Shoes must be returned in their original box. Final sale items, including monogrammed pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged (as noted on the product page).

For international returns, please use the provided label. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of delivery. The cost of the label (supplied during return setup) will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Holiday Returns Made Easy

For purchases made between November 1, 2025, and December 22, 2025, we are happy to offer an extended return period until January 8, 2026. Please note that our usual policy still applies to final sale and non-returnable items. Purchases made on or after December 23, 2025, will be subject to our standard 15-day return policy.

For domestic orders only:
To begin a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal. You’ll receive a prepaid label, and once our team reviews your return, your refund/store credit or exchange will be carefully processed—this can take up to 14 days after delivery.

For a quicker exchange delivery, we encourage you to use our Instant Return option, so your new piece can arrive without delay.
To return a gift item, please click here to get to our self-service return portal. Once you enter your order number and select the "gift" option, you'll be given the choice to exchange for a different size or different item.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing once we receive and quality-check your return at our warehouse. You should expect a refund within two weeks of your item being marked as "delivered." A refund confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
We are unable to process returns from separate orders under a singular label. Please return items with their associated return label.
Returns and exchanges of sale purchases follow our standard returns policy.
We do not offer returns or exchanges of Final Sale items. All Final Sale items have Final Sale messaging displayed on the product page and at checkout.
ShopPay Installment returns follow our standard return policy.

Shoes that show any visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return ex: dirt, stains, scuffs, fabric frays, and indentation on the leather.
We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes. Please wear them on a soft, clean surface (a carpet or rug, etc.), and do not wear them outdoors until you know you love them.
Footwear must also include the original shoebox in like-new condition. Any shoes returned without the box or in a damaged shoe box will be rejected for return.

Sizing & Product Information

The Nap Dress® is our signature garment; soft, comfortable, and pretty enough to wear all day and night. Flattering on all body types, and lovely enough for life’s most festive occasions, this dream of a dress is comfy enough to sleep in.
The Nap Dress® is made with elasticated smocking that provides stretch. We suggest referring to your bust measurement when determining size.

Treat this card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is not refundable or redeemable for cash. This card is redeemable for merchandise only on hillhousehome.com or a Hill House Home store.

Wallpaper

Each roll is 10 yards.
Yes, we have a wallpaper order minimum of 10-yards.
Our current lead time is 4-6 weeks.
We offer free shipping on all wallpaper orders.
We advise working with a trusted professional to determine the quantity of wallpaper needed for your specific space. If you’re located in New York, Palm Beach, or Massachusetts - please, email us! We’d love to share our go-tos.
Our wallpaper is not self adhesive and must be pasted to the wall. We advise hiring a trusted professional to help install. Need help finding an installer? We’re here to help! We like to use this locator.

We are not able to print or cut half yards. To ensure you have enough wallpaper, we recommend always rounding up.
Our team loves to match fabric and wallpaper (you should see our office!). While visually almost identical, the fabrication and scale of the print differs between throw pillows, bedding and wallpaper due to the distinct production processes for each.
