I was impressed by this new silhouette. It’s not a nap dress, in the true sense, but it’s so flowy and adaptable it fits right in. You can wear the dress with the tie waist or without - if you go without it still drapes well and doesn’t look like a tent dress.
The fabric is light and airy, but also substantial enough to be a three season dress. The pattern is gorgeous up close - a paisley with some painterly details.
The length was fine for me and I am pretty short. It didn’t feel like it was overwhelming my frame. I wore my street size and it fit will. The little fabric hook closures were a nice touch and made it fit well over my bust. No tugging. No gaping.
I’m glad HHH is getting back into the shirt dress game because they’ve found their groove and are nailing the fit. This dress will be so flattering on so many bodies.
