The Matilda Dress

Colour, fabric and shape are beautiful and flattering. I did miss pockets and maybe the sleeves could be a bit bigger for an XL. I'm also longing for the day when there will be a Matilda that's bra friendly or that has padding or boning or a neckline that is a bit higher. I have good boobs but I sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable, cause when you have a C cup it shows a lot of cleavage. Anyway, I do love the dress.

I absolutely love this dress. I purchased the pink silk and noticed that the sleeves on this Matilda are a little different - they don’t have elastic on the bottom (only the top) and the arm isn’t cut off. I prefer them this way! This color is so gorgeous, the dress is so light and comfortable, the length is perfect, and the cut is very flattering. I am a size 8 US with a DD cup and purchased the L. Very slimming and beautiful. The one thing I will caution….. for the pink silk, the white elastic in the sleeve peeps through (the silk is more sheer there) in some of the dresses, so I specifically asked for one where the pattern masked the elastic better so that you couldn’t see it. Get this dress!
